The company has captivated over a million customers, and through their high-quality products and emphasis on customer support, they experience a re-order rate of 31% from a loyal customer base.
To complete this transaction, OPES collaborated closely with the independent sponsor and ultimately arranged approximately $15 million in financing solutions that allow our client to remain in control of the target acquisition.
