Must have three years of experience assisting in the identification of investment prospects and pipelines to find feasible clients; building pricing models and statistical distributions to determine company valuations and relative value across companies in similar industries; performing statistical analysis and predictive modeling on large, complex financial and market research data sets; and identifying relationships and trends in data. Experience must include: reviewing business plans, financial and operating data, capital structures, and intellectual property information of prospective companies; analyzing data on clients competitors including their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution; developing and maintaining investor relationships; conducting due diligence; researching new financial products and identifying changes to existing products; and assisting in the preparation and presentation of market research for business presentations and client projects.
