WOMEN AT THE OPES GROUP
DRIVING PERFORMANCE
The Opes Group was founded by women and men who believe that financial services firms are stronger when their teams reflect the diversity of their client base.
WOMEN AT OPES
WHAT WE DO AND HOW WE DO IT
Roxanne Campbell, one of the founding members, spent several years at Lehman Brothers spearheading an effort within W.I.L.L (Women's Initiative Leading Lehman) to encourage women at her alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania, to explore careers on Wall Street. That effort has been amplified here at The Opes Group.
Why do we care so much? We give women a voice not only because it's the right thing to do but because research shows that companies that embrace gender diversity are likely to financially outperform their archaic counterparts. in its report, Why Diversity Matters, McKinsey & Company notes that companies in the top quartile for gender diversity are 15 percent more likely to have financial returns above their respective national industry medians.
Our success is the result of a culture of inclusion. Our women are leading transactions, building rewarding careers and driving performance.
